Welcome to yachtrentaltenerife.com. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking and Payment

• 1.1. All bookings must be made through our official website or by contacting our authorized representatives.
• 1.2. The minimum rental period is 2 hours, and a full-day rental is considered 8 hours.
• 1.3. The cost of renting the yacht is:
  • Hourly Rate: 80 EUR per person, with a minimum booking of 2 hours.
  • Daily Rate: 1000 EUR for 8 hours, regardless of the number of persons on board (up to the yacht’s capacity).
• 1.4. A deposit of [XX]% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than [XX] hours before the rental period begins.
• 1.5. Payments can be made via [Payment Methods]. If payment is not received in full, the booking may be canceled.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• 2.1. Cancellations made by the client up to [XX] days before the scheduled rental date will be eligible for a full refund.
• 2.2. Cancellations made between [XX] and [XX] days prior to the rental date will receive a [XX]% refund.
• 2.3. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within [XX] hours of the rental time or for no-shows.
• 2.4. If yachtrentaltenerife.com cancels the booking due to bad weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or an alternative date will be offered.

3. Rental Duration

• 3.1. Rental periods are calculated from the agreed start time and end when the yacht is returned to the dock.
• 3.2. Late returns will incur additional charges at a rate of [XX] EUR per hour or part thereof.

4. Conditions of Use

• 4.1. The yacht is available for private and leisure use only. No commercial activity is permitted unless previously agreed upon.
• 4.2. The maximum number of passengers allowed on board is [Max Capacity].
• 4.3. The yacht comes with a professional and licensed captain who will be in charge of navigating and operating the vessel. The client is not permitted to maneuver or operate the yacht themselves under any circumstances.
• 4.4. The client must comply with all safety instructions given by the yacht’s captain or crew. Failure to do so may result in termination of the rental without refund.
• 4.5. Alcoholic beverages are permitted on board, but the captain reserves the right to limit consumption to ensure the safety of all passengers.

5. Liability and Insurance

• 5.1. yachtrentaltenerife.com holds insurance to cover the yacht and its passengers. However, clients are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht due to negligence or misuse.
• 5.2. Passengers are encouraged to have their own travel and health insurance in case of accidents or medical emergencies during the rental period.
• 5.3. yachtrentaltenerife.com is not liable for personal injuries, loss of personal belongings, or damage caused to passengers during the rental period unless due to our gross negligence.

6. Force Majeure

• 6.1. yachtrentaltenerife.com will not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions to services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

7. Dispute Resolution

• 7.1. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no resolution can be found, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
